mango-berry oatmeal

my first oatmeal since almost 3 weeks and a whole new creation, never had an oatmeal with coconut milk before, but it turned out so delicious!

 you need:

  • 3/4 Cup mango
  • 1 Cup strawberries
  • 1/4 Cup raspberries
  • 3 tbsps. soy yoghurt
  • 1/2 Cup coconut milk
  • 3-4 tbsps oatflakes


  1. throw everything into the blender and blend til smooth
  2. add protein powder if you want and blend again
  3. pour all into a bowl and add 3-4 tbsps. oatflakes
  4. top with whatever you want! I used banana, strawberries, mango and raspberries
