tropical oatmeal

I need to use up my coconut milk, so here’s a tropical oatmeal recipe! 🙂

you need:

  • 1/2 Cup spinach
  • 3/4 Cup coconut milk
  • 1 Cup pineapple
  • 2-3 tbsps. soy yoghurt
  • 1/2 mango (in cubes or slices)

how:

  1. blend spinach, yoghurt and coconut milk until smooth
  2. add remaining fruit
  3. add Protein powder if you want
  4. pour into a bowl and add 2-3 tbsps oatflakes, top with whatever you want, I took banana, mango and chia seeds
