yellow dream oatmeal

This oatmeal is so simple but still amazingly delicious. This was one of the best oatmeals I ever had! Hope you like it too 🙂 Here’s the recipe

 

You need: 

  • 1/2 Mango
  • 1 Peach
  • 3/4 cup soymilk
  • 3 tbsps soy yoghurt (mine was vanilla flavored)
  • 2-3 tbsps oatflakes
  • fruit as topping

 

how:

  1. throw mango, peach, soymilk and soy yoghurt into the blender and blend until smooth, now add protein powder if you want
  2. pour into a bowl and mix with the oatflakes
  3. add your toppings, I took mango, raspberries, banana and chia seeds
