pink mango smoatmeal

Finally my mangoes are ripe! Bought them cheap at the market last week, but they still needed ripening, now they’re ready, so be prepared for lots of mango recipes! This one is pretty sweet (and pretty in colour) and you honestly need to try it! 🙂 

you need:

  • 1/2 mango
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 cup soymilk
  • oats and fruit as toppings

how:

  1. blend mango, raspberries,kiwi and soymilk until smooth
  2. you can also add protein powder if you want to
  3. pour into a bowl
  4. top with oats (at least 3 tbsps) and lots of fruit
