rasplum smoatmeal

I’m currently changing the calorie amount of my lifestyle, it needs to be higher, so I added bananas to my smoatmeal recipes, and it tastes so freaking delicious! Try this healthy smoatmeal with a pinch of autumn! 

you need:

  • 1 banana, peeled and cut in slices
  • 2 little plums, cut in half & remove pit
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • fruit and oats as topping

how:

  1. blend banana, plums, raspberries and coconut milk until smooth
  2. add protein powder if you want to and blend again
  3. pour into bowl
  4. top with oats (at least 3 tbsps!) and as much fruit as you want

enjoy! 🙂
