summer meets autumn smoatmeal

We’re having so many plums at home at the moment, so of course I needed to add them to my smoatmeal, currently addicted to plums! Try this summer smoatmeal with a pinch of autumn! 

you need:

  • 1 banana, peeled and cut in pieces
  • 1/2 mango, peeled
  • 1 plum, gutted
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • fruit and oats ad toppings

how to:

  1. blend banana, mango, plum and almond milk until smooth
  2. pour into bowl
  3. add oats (at least 3 tbsps!) and as much fruit as you want
