My life is pretty stressful atm, that’s why I don’t have the time to cook something for myself everyday. Smoothies are fast and healthy meals, so they are a perfect substitute for a big cooked meal. Here’s todays awesome smoothie recipe!
- 1 small beetroot, peeled and chopped
- 2 bananas
- handful of strawberries (preferably frozen)
- about 1 cup water
- blend bananas, beetroot, strawberries and 1/2 cup water until smooth
- now add more water until your desired consistency is reached
NOTE: This smoothie has waaaay too little calories to count as a real meal, I topped it with 4 plums, 1 banana and lots of blueberries.If you don’t want to use toppings double the amount of the ingredients, because you’re body NEEDS calories to survive!
