pink dream smoothie

My life is pretty stressful atm, that’s why I don’t have the time to cook something for myself everyday. Smoothies are fast and healthy meals, so they are a perfect substitute for a big cooked meal. Here’s todays awesome smoothie recipe! 

you need

  • 1 small beetroot, peeled and chopped
  • 2 bananas
  • handful of strawberries (preferably frozen)
  • about 1 cup water


  1. blend bananas, beetroot, strawberries and 1/2 cup water until smooth
  2. now add more water until your desired consistency is reached

NOTE: This smoothie has waaaay too little calories to count as a real meal, I topped it with 4 plums, 1 banana and lots of blueberries.If you don’t want to use toppings double the amount of the ingredients, because you’re body NEEDS calories to survive!
