{EN} no time pasta

Posted this meal a few days ago on my tumblr and IG and got asked what’s the recipe, this is seriously the fastest pasta meal ever, I always make it when I have no time at all. And you don’t need much for it! So healthy, so delicious, so filling, so easy! 

You need: (for one person)

  • 125g whole wheat pasta (dry)
  • 1/4 cup tomato pureè*
  • 1/2 papika
  • handful cherry tomatoes
  • 2-3  tbsps kidney beans
  • spices (cayenne pepper, pepper, chili,spicy paprika, herbs)
  • handful arugula

* look for a tomato pureè without additives, it’s the healthiest!

how to:

  1. cook pasta according to instructions on package
  2. heat up a pan (use water instead of oil)
  3. cut the tomatoes in half
  4. add tomatoes and kidney beans to the pan
  5. shortly before the pasta is ready add the tomato pureè to the pan
  6. add spices I took about 1/2 tsp of each, sometimes more
  7. now drain the pasta and add it into the pan, stir well for about 1-2 minutes
  8. add into a plate and top with arugula
