{EN} healthy vegan waffles

I missed pancakesunday yesterday, so I invented wafflemonday and whipped up those healthy sinless vegan waffles, topped them with hot raspberries and maple syrup and enjoyed my foodgasm. 

You need:

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • 1 cup nondairy milk (I used soy)
  • 1/2 cup applesauce (preferably unsweetend)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

how:

  1. combine dry ingredients
  2. add wet ingredients
  3. stir well
  4. pour into waffle iron and bake until nicely brown, maybe add some oil to the waffle iron beforehand
  5. top with whatever you want
