{DE & EN} what i eat in a day #3

Ich werde besser!… Naja, mit ein paar (VIELEN) Schwierigkeiten. Ich versuche nun schon seit einigen Tagen endlich mal wirklich alles, was ich esse zu fotografieren, es wirkte fast schon hoffnungslos. Manchmal hab ich’s vergessen, manchmal war ich einfach zu faul, manchmal war ich gerade auf der Arbeit und konnte mein Handy nicht zücken. Ugh. Aber gestern hab ich’s endlich geschafft! Wow. Unglaublich stolz. Ich plane diese Art von Posts in Zukunft öfter zu machen, so alle zwei Wochen oder sogar wöchentlich, weil der letzte “What I eat in a day”-Post so gut angekommen ist. Also, habt ihr Bock auf mehr davon? Schreibt es mir doch in die Kommentare! 🙂 Ich habe immer ein paar Befürchtungen bei food diarys, weil ich die meisten Bilder mit meinem Handy mache und mein Essen auch nicht schön dabei anrichte oder sonst was, deshalb sehen meine Mahlzeiten nicht nach Gourmet-Essen aus und ich habe Angst, dass solche Posts dann die Qualität meines Blogs runterziehen, aber ich habe mich dazu entschieden weiterhin solche Posts zu machen, weil das ist nunmal wie’s ist und ich will ehrlich sein. Aber mal ohne Flachs, ihr hättet mir eh nicht geglaubt, dass ich nur Kunstwerke verspeise 😛

Getting better at it!.. Well, with a little (MUCH) trouble. I have been trying to photograph everything I ate everyday for 4 days now, it seemed hopeless. Sometimes I forgot to photograph meals, sometimes I was too lazy, and sometimes I was at work and couldn’t take my phone out. Ugh. But yesterday I finally did it. Wow. So proud. I am planning to do this kind of post more often from now on, like every two weeks or maybe even once a week since it seemed like you liked the last “what I eat in a day”-post pretty much. So, are you up for more of this? Let me know in the comments below! 🙂 I always am a bit nervous when posting a food diary because I take all of the pics with my phone and therefore the quality is low and I am scared that it also lowers the quality of my whole blog, still I decided to keep on writing these posts because, I guess, that’s being real.

Breaky was 100g oats soaked overnight with 300ml water, then heated up the next morning, added carob powder, one peach, one banana and some date syrup - fave!

it almost happened – I already ate this salad halfway before remembering to take a pic. This one was made with a whole head (like these smaller longer ones) lettuce, a handful of rocket, half a (biiig) baked sweet potato, some avo, some balsamic vinegar and date syrup #getyourgreensin – this is defintely the worst picture of this post, taken in my room at horrible light, I’m sorry!
another one of my favourites atm: simply baked pumpkin with some spices and mustard. Cut it up, place in the oven for 15 minutes and you're done. Foodporn.
